These terms govern your use of the website and services of ChartPulse ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a plan you agree to them.

1. The service

We provide market data dashboards, rule-based scanners (including the Tier-1 scanner), charts and analytics for stocks, indices, futures, currencies and crypto assets. Features differ by plan and may change as the product develops.

2. Not investment advice

All content, signals, scores and levels are generated by software from third-party market data. They are informational and educational only and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results. 3. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Access is personal to the buyer; sharing, reselling or redistributing access, signals or data is not allowed and may lead to termination without refund.

4. Plans and payment

Plan prices are shown on the Pricing page in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A plan covers the period shown at checkout.

5. Data sources and availability

Prices come from third parties (such as Yahoo Finance and Upstox) and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or attack the service, and do not use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The site, software, scoring method, design and content belong to ChartPulse. Charts are provided by TradingView under their terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
